We are happy to invite you to this half day RAM seminar and workshop in Kuala Lumpur.

The refining and petrochemical industries have been low-margin and under continuous pressure from a high crude oil price. The current status of the oil and gas market presents an opportunity for downstream businesses to optimise their system performance. However, this opportunity raises certain questions:

  • What are the key contributors to production loss?
  • What areas show the highest return on investment?
  • What areas produce higher uncertainty?
  • What is the expected operational cost for a specific maintenance strategy?

This half day seminar will help you answer these questions.

Workshop:

Analysts will be introduced to the modelling concepts of plant-wide optimisation which is based on advanced RAM analysis. Advanced RAM analysis enables analysts to account for several parameters when assessing the performance of an asset, such as its reliability, maintainability and operational strategy. Understanding how these variables impact on the overall system performance allows companies to plan ahead and support their decision-making process.

Participants will be encouraged to bring their own laptop with Taro software installed and a workshop license will be provided prior the seminar day if you wish to participate in the hands-on workshop.

Timing:

9:00 am – 12:30pm followed by lunch until 13:30. Registration opens at 8:30.
