DNV GL at Offshore Energy 2016 

As in previous years DNV GL will be present at the Offshore Energy exhibition, presenting our services and solutions for the Maritime and Oil and Gas Industries.

Meet our experts at stand 1.094

Per Åland has been working with advanced deck machinery, offshore cranes, launch and recovery Systems as well as anchor handling equipment for most of his 20 years in the marine & offshore industry. He comes from a position as Business Development Manager at DNV GL Houston office. At the moment he is working with Offshore Classification and Market Development at DNV GL Head Office, Oslo. He is more than happy to contribute and support on issues related to qualification and certification of offshore gangways, walk2work concept and offshore equipment.  (Available on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Arjen van der Ven has been working at DNV GL Netherlands for about 8 years now. His focus areas are loose gear for lifting appliances offshore rigging equipment and offshore containers. During his career he worked on shore but also on offshore projects located in the North Sea. (Available on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Maurice Angenent has been working at DNV GL for more than 9 years as surveyor in several areas like verification, offshore class and product certification. He now heads the certification and verification services for DNV GL Netherlands and has extensive experience in lifting appliances, hydraulics and offshore equipment. (Available on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Paul de Niet is stationed in Rotterdam and is one of our electrical specialists. Come and meet and ask him about DP systems, type approvals control and monitoring and dive systems. With his 10 years of experience at DNV GL and over 20 years outside the company he can support you with your electrical challenges. (Available on Tuesday)

Bas Veerman is our Business Development Manager for the maritime industry in Benelux. He is eager to speak with you about ships, mobile offshore units and their mission equipment for all offshore energy purposes, from drilling to decommissioning and from wind installation to maintenance and crew transport. Jeroen de Brouckere is our head of section for new building and offshore class in the Netherlands. With his 14 years of experience in shipping and offshore he is the right person to contact for all your questions related to shipping, new buildings and offshore class.
